Preparation and Cooking Instructions: Stove Top: Bring 5 quarts lightly salt water and 2 oz. vegetable oil to a boil. Stir in 2 LB. sleeve of Tri Colored Orzo. Bring back to a light boil and cook 8-10 minutes, until done. Remove from heat, drain and rinse. Lightly oil pasta and reserve for use. YIELD: 2 lb. dry pasta makes approx. 11-12 cups cooked pasta.
