Preparation and Cooking Instructions: Stove Top: Bring 4 quarts lightly salted water to a boil in a large stock pot. Add Southwestern Orzo, cover and bring back to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 13-15 minutes, or until desired texture. Drain excess water and serve immediately or rinse with cold water and reserve for later use. Yield: About 20 - 1/2 cups
