Preparation and Cooking Instructions: Stove Top: Bring 4 quarts (16 cups) stock or lightly salted water to a boil and combine with 2 LB. (4 cups) of Kamut Brand Wheat. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer 45-60 minutes until desired texture is obtained. Remove from heat, drain excess liquid and use in soups, side dishes or other recipes. YIELD: approx. 13 cups.
