Israeli Couscous and Smoked Gouda Cheese
Ingredients
1.5 pounds Israeli Couscous, cook with chicken stock
12 ounces smoked Gouda cheese, grated
1½ cups heavy whipping cream
Directions
Cook Israeli Couscous according to package directions using chicken stock in place of water. When cooking time is completed add smoked Gouda cheese and cream. Simmer until cheese is melted and cream has thickened. Serve with broiled salmon!
