Preparation and Cooking Instructions: Stove Top: Bring 3 ½ quarts lightly salted water or stock to a boil. Stir in Grano, cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 35 minutes, or until desired texture is obtained. Drain excess liquid and serve immediately. Yield: About 12 Cups
