Preparation and Cooking Instructions
Cooking Directions: Bring 2 ½ quarts lightly salted water or stock to a boil. Stir in Charcoal Wheat, cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 25-30 minutes, or until desired texture is obtained. Drain excess liquid and serve immediately.
